AT&T set out to reimagine its flagship retail locations as immersive, technology-forward environments. Spaces that would differentiate the brand from competitors while creating meaningful, hands-on connections with customers. The experience needed to highlight AT&T's innovation and product ecosystem while remaining intuitive, engaging, and accessible within a retail setting.
While working as part of an agency team, Luke contributed to the design and implementation of a comprehensive retail experience that integrated interactive product demonstrations, augmented reality moments, and seamless technology throughout the store environment. The approach emphasized AT&T's commitment to connectivity and innovation, creating an engaging and educational experience that encouraged customers to explore, interact, and connect more deeply with the brand.
